Dr. Sureka Bollepalli is the CEO and Medical Director of Tampa Bay Medical Research. She is a board-certified Endocrinologist with over 20 years of experience conducting NIH and industry-sponsored clinical trials. She has been involved in all stages of research study development, including protocol development, conducting studies as the lead investigator, data analysis and data publication. As Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida, she has given numerous lectures on diabetes and obesity, teaching college, nursing, medical students and residents, and Endocrine fellows. After 20 years in academics, Dr. Bollepalli knows the importance of incorporating education into her clinical care. Her expertise in metabolic diseases, including type 2 diabetes and NASH have provided patients with opportunities for advancing treatments.
She is passionate about preventive care and has started a community health initiative offering free fibroscans to the community to help identify individuals with NASH, and provide education on the disease process as well as information on available therapies.
She is a passionate runner and avid tennis player and enjoys traveling with her 3 children and husband.

Dr. Srikanth Malempati is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and is a leading clinical investigator at Tampa Bay Medical Research and the Medical Director of OneHealth Primary Care. With more than 10 years of experience in conducting clinical trials, he has been the Principal Investigator on over 100 studies. Additionally, he has been in private practice for 10 years and has successfully expanded his practice to 5 locations. With his background in Public Health, Dr. Malempati strongly believes in preventative care and offering the most innovative treatments to his patients to optimize their clinical care and quality of life. He is highly experienced in intra-articular injections and trigger point injections and has integrated this into his clinical research trials. Dr. Malempati’s dedication to his patients has been well recognized through numerous accolades, including several awards for the highest quality, 5-star ratings with multiple medicare advantage health plans. He loves to travel and spend time with his wife and 3 children. He is passionate about athletics and exercise.

Tara McNally is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and sub-investigator with Tampa Bay Medical Research. She is a graduate of the University of Florida and a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Tara has been treating primary care patients since 2009 and conducting clinical trials with Tampa Bay Medical Research since 2017. She has expertise in administering intra-articular injections for the treatment of Osteoarthritis and Geriatric care. She is passionate about preventative medicine, focusing on the importance of dietary education and wellness.
In her free time, Tara enjoys spending time outdoors with her friends and family.

Tatiana Cruz Truong is an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner and Sub-Investigator at Tampa Bay Medical Research. She has worked in clinical practice with a focus in endocrinology since 2017. She has extensive experience caring for patients with diabetes, PCOS, obesity, and thyroid disorders, as well as pre-operative/post-operative care for thyroid surgeries. In addition to clinical experience, she has served as an adjunct faculty member of the Graduate Nursing Program at the University of South Florida, teaching various courses, and evaluating students in practice. Tatiana is passionate about educating patients on achieving healthy lifestyles and managing their chronic conditions.
When she is not in the office, she likes to spend time with her family, participate in her kid’s activities, and travel.
